Professional, compassionate therapy — for wherever you are in life.

What to Expect
via HIPAA-compliant telehealth
Starting therapy is a courageous step, and we want to make it as comfortable as possible.Your first session is a conversation — a chance for you to share what’s on your mind and for our Behavioral Health Specialist (BHS) to understand your experiences, strengths, and needs. The BHS will match you with a therapist who has the training and skills to address your specific challenges.
Sessions are typically 45 minutes, offered in-person at our clinics or via telehealth for your convenience. We serve children, teens, adults, and families — because good mental health matters at every stage of life.
You Deserve to Feel Better
Life can feel overwhelming. Whether you’re carrying the weight of anxiety, working through a difficult chapter, or simply feeling stuck — you don’t have to figure it out alone. Our therapy services are designed to meet you exactly where you are, and help you move toward the life you want.
At CLCHC, our therapists provide one-on-one support in a safe, confidential, and judgment-free environment. We believe that mental and emotional health are just as important as physical health — and that everyone deserves access to quality care.

Our Therapy Specialties
Our team is trained in a range of evidence-based approaches:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
One of the most widely studied forms of therapy, CBT helps you identify and reframe negative thought patterns that may be holding you back. It’s highly effective for anxiety, depression, and a variety of other concerns.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
EMDR is a specialized approach designed to help you process and heal from trauma. By working through distressing memories in a structured, supportive way, many patients experience significant relief — sometimes in fewer sessions than traditional talk therapy.
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
DBT combines cognitive techniques with mindfulness and emotional regulation skills. It’s especially helpful for those struggling with intense emotions, self-destructive behaviors, or difficulty in relationships.
Play Therapy
Children often express what they can’t yet put into words in their play. Play therapy gives younger patients a safe, natural way to process their feelings and experiences — guided by a trained therapist.
Trauma-Informed Therapy
Our therapists approach every session with an understanding of how trauma shapes a person’s experience. Whether your trauma is recent or long-standing, we’re here to help you heal at your own pace.
Spiritual Counseling
For patients whose faith and spirituality are central to their lives, we offer the option to integrate these values into the healing process. Our approach is respectful, client-led, and non-denominational.
