You Are Not Alone
Suicidal thoughts can feel isolating and frightening — for the person experiencing them, and for the people who love them. If you are struggling, please know that what you are feeling is real, it matters, and there is help available.
At CLCHC, our behavioral health team is trained to provide compassionate, nonjudgmental support for individuals and families navigating some of the hardest moments of their lives. We are here for you.

Recognizing the Warning Signs
Knowing what to look for can save a life. Warning signs that someone may be struggling include:
- Talking about wanting to die or not wanting to be here anymore
- Expressing feelings of hopelessness, being trapped, or being a burden to others
- Withdrawing from friends, family, and activities they once enjoyed
- Giving away prized possessions
- Sudden calmness after a period of depression (which can signal a decision has been made)
- Increased use of alcohol or substances
- Changes in sleep: Sleeping too much or not at all
- Talking or writing about death
If you notice these signs in yourself or someone you care about, please reach out for support.

The CLCHC–Adam Raine Healing Center
A Place Built on Love, Loss, and Hope
CLCHC’s newest clinic in Mission Viejo — The CLCHC–Adam Raine Healing Center — is more than a building. It is a living tribute to a young life taken too soon, and a commitment to making sure other families receive the support they need.
Located at 26051 Acero, Mission Viejo, the Healing Center is dedicated to behavioral health and case management services, providing comprehensive, whole-person care to individuals and families throughout Orange County.
Sharing a home with the Healing Center is The Adam Raine Foundation — a nonprofit born from grief, guided by love, and committed to protecting other families from a similar loss.

About The Adam Raine Foundation
The Adam Raine Foundation (ARF) was founded to honor Adam Raine’s life and help other families. The foundation’s work focuses on two core missions:
- Educating teens, parents, and mentors about the dangers of AI companionship — raising awareness about the emotional risks when young people replace human connection with artificial intelligence, and advocating for safer practices and policies in this rapidly growing space.
- Providing financial assistance to lower-income families who have lost a teenager to suicide — helping cover funeral and related expenses during an already devastating time.
The Adam Raine Foundation was inspired by Adam’s younger sister Ellie, who, in the midst of her own grief, wanted to create something meaningful — something that would honor her brother and bring hope to others.
