Immunization Policy
For the safety of your child and everyone else in our office, Celebrating Life Pediatrics does not accept patients who have not had their immunizations according to the vaccine schedule endorsed by the CDC and the American Academy of Pediatrics. We thank you for your understanding.
Celebrating Life Community Health Center abides by the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) and the Center for Disease Control’s (CDC) recommended Immunization schedule for infants through adolescence.
