Celebrating Life Community Health Center Announces New Mission Viejo Clinic: The CLCHC-Adam Raine Healing Center
Mission Viejo, CA – October 13, 2025 – Celebrating Life Community Health Center (CLCHC), in collaboration with The Adam Raine Foundation, is proud to announce the opening of its newest site, the CLCHC-Adam Raine Healing Center, located at 26051 Acero, Mission Viejo, CA. This expansion marks a significant step forward in CLCHC’s commitment to providing accessible, whole-person care to the communities of Orange County.
The CLCHC-Adam Raine Healing Center will focus on Behavioral Health and Case Management services, offering patients comprehensive support to address not only their immediate health needs but also the broader social and emotional challenges that impact their well-being. CLCHC plans to open this facility to the community in the first quarter of 2026 after completion of some renovations in the building.
“Health is more than a doctor’s visit—it’s the stability, care, and support systems that help people thrive,” said Sergey Sergeyev, Chief Executive Officer. “With the Healing Center, we are creating a space where individuals and families can find the compassion and resources they need to move toward wellness.”
The facility officially became part of CLCHC on September 21, 2025. Patients will have access to a dedicated team of providers, case managers, and support staff trained to meet the diverse needs of the Mission Viejo community.
This addition reflects CLCHC’s mission to deliver high-quality, whole-person care to underserved populations, ensuring that all people—regardless of income, language, or background—have access to health services.

Celebrating Life Community Health Center is a nonprofit community health center serving patients across southern Orange County through clinics in Mission Viejo, Irvine, Lake Forest, Santa Ana, and Costa Mesa. Founded in memory of Kristina Sergeyeva, CLCHC provides comprehensive medical, dental, and behavioral health services, guided by its mission of compassionate, culturally responsive, whole-person care. CLCHC goes beyond just health care to address the whole person with a wraparound, community-based support model that embraces customized patient care, including housing, food resources, childcare, job reintegration, and more. CLCHC’s multicultural team came together due to shared experiences of homelessness, food insecurity, poverty, and discrimination. In 2019, leaders embarked on a journey to become a community health care innovator.
About The Adam Raine Foundation
The Adam Raine Foundation was established in memory of Adam Raine to honor his life and create a lasting legacy to help other families. The foundation’s primary mission is to educate parents and other mentors on the risks of artificial intelligence companionship, and further to attempt to cause change with these platforms through legislation or otherwise. A secondary mission of the foundation is to provide financial assistance to lower-income families who have lost a teenager to suicide, helping cover funeral and related expenses.
